MostFun.com Game Network – This is the start of an intriguing way to get free games. This store gives you the opportunity to use a game for free. The catch is that you have to watch in-game ads. From Starter to Ultimate: What’s really in each Windows 7 Edition? – Ed Bott, in his ZDNet blog, compares features in each Windows 7 version. Since Microsoft hasn’t produced an official list yet, he had to manually go through each version looking for changes.
Windows 7, June release – This link was a little deceiving to me until I read the article. Basically, a leaked memo suggests that Best Buy will allow people to upgrade to Windows 7 for a limited time for $49.95 to Windows 7 Home Premium. You’d still have to wait until October to actually get Windows 7 though. I’m wondering whether my OEM version of Vista Home Premium will work. I (Bob) doubt it, but I think I’ll be doing some investigating.

Meeting Topic: SATA docking solution and Windows 7 RC1 – We’ll be looking at Olive’s new SATA dock that allows you to swap multiple hard drives for backup or booting. I (Bob) have also loaded Windows 7 into a virtual machine to take a closer look at it prior to its release in October.
